Penny McConnell

At eight years old, Penny made her first batch of cookies. By the time she was 14 years old, she knew she wanted to be a baker when she grew up. And except for her minor detour to go to college and the 10-year stint as an advertising copywriter, Penny has spent her life making cookies, teaching cookie classes, writing about cookies, and passionately building her popular 15-year-old company, Penny’s Pastries. Currently, she continues her cookie crusade through creating new cookie concepts, public speaking, and teaching. Cookie Stories is her first book.
